Bank DKI's consistency in improving the quality of service to its customers received appreciation as the best service in the Regional Development Bank (BPD) category from Infobank Magazine which assessed the service quality of BPD SI for the 2019-2020 period. This achievement also shows an increase in Bank DKI's service quality compared to the previous period when it was in the top 3 positions in BPD SI service quality.
The Main Director of Bank DKI, Zainuddin Mappa, said that his party makes customer satisfaction its main priority in providing services. Therefore, his party always carries out monitoring and evaluation to ensure excellent service standards at each service office. "To ensure excellent service standards in each branch, we continue to carry out regular monitoring and evaluation," said Zainuddin.
In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Bank DKI has also implemented various health protocols in an effort to provide protection to Bank DKI customers and employees, such as placing hand sanitizers, temperature scanners at the head office and all service offices as well as requiring the use of masks. Apart from that, disinfectant is also regularly sprayed. Furthermore, as a form of concern for the community, Bank DKI has also distributed various assistance for handling Covid-19, with a total of IDR 5 billion to date.
Head of the DKI Jakarta BPBUMD Agency, Faisal Syafruddin, also expressed his appreciation for Bank DKI's achievements, which according to him were a sign of the success of various series of transformations carried out by all levels of the Board of Commissioners, Directors and all employees of Bank DKI so that they were able to provide the best service to customers and residents of DKI Jakarta.
Faisal said that in the current digital era, Bank DKI is still able to continue to explore its potential and continue to innovate digitally so that it can present a new paradigm for DKI Jakarta residents and customers. We hope that this award can encourage enthusiasm to continue serving with all our heart, supporting public services so that they become even more loved. "Thank you to all Bank DKI people for their smiles, greetings and greetings, which bring comfort and satisfaction to customers," said Faisal.
This achievement cannot be separated from the digital transformation carried out by Bank DKI. As is known, Bank DKI continues to develop various new features on the JakOne Mobile application which can make it easier for its users to open savings and deposit accounts online. Another newest feature from JakOne Mobile is Mobile Cash which can be used to make cash withdrawals without a card at Bank DKI ATM machines. JakOne Mobile can be used by both customers who already have a Bank DKI savings account, or prospective customers who have not yet opened a Bank DKI savings account.
Apart from JakOne Mobile, Bank DKI also has card-based e-money products, namely JakCard and JakLingko. The prepaid cards issued by Bank DKI have so far been widely used as e-ticketing for various modes of public service transportation such as TransJakarta, Mikro Trans, JakLingko public transportation, MRT Jakarta, LRT, and even airport/Railink trains. In the near future, JakCard and JakLingko will be able to be used to pay for inner-city toll road access.
For this innovation, Bank DKI succeeded in winning the Indonesia's Most Popular Digital Financial Brands Award in the e-Money category which was held virtually by Iconomics on Friday, June 26 2020. This award was given for the application-based e-money product, namely JakOne Mobile.
