Bank Jakarta Wins Award at Indonesia Enterprise Risk Management and Indonesia Best CFO Awards 2026
Jakarta, March 03 2026Jakarta – Bank Jakarta once again received appreciation for its commitment to strengthening governance and sustainable performance by winning two awards on the same day, namely Indonesia Enterprise Risk Management 2026 organized by Economic Review and Indonesia Best CFO Awards 2026 organized by Warta Ekonomi, on Friday (27/02). This award was given for the company's consistency in implementing integrated risk management, strengthening prudent financial management, and maintaining healthy growth amidst the dynamics of the banking industry which continues to develop.
At the Indonesia Enterprise Risk Management Award event, Bank Jakarta won the title of The Best Indonesia Enterprises Risk Management Gold Award (B) Excellent (4 Star) in the Regional Development Company Asset > IDR 90 Trillion category. Bank Jakarta Compliance Director, Ateng Rivai, in his official statement said that this award was the result of the collective work of Management and Employees in carrying out a transformation that focused on strengthening business fundamentals.

The assessment process for the 8th Indonesia Enterprise Risk Management Award (IERMA) 2026 was carried out using a secondary data approach, namely a document-based evaluation and company public information such as annual reports, company profiles and other relevant supporting data, comprehensively with an emphasis on aspects of risk management and internal audit. In the risk management aspect, the jury evaluates the internal environment and target setting (internal environment and objective setting), the risk identification process, risk assessment, risk response or mitigation, as well as monitoring and evaluation mechanisms that are implemented on an ongoing basis.
In addition, the adequacy of the quality and quantity of resources responsible for the risk management function, including certification, educational background, competency and professional experience, is also assessed. Meanwhile, in the audit and internal audit aspect, the assessment includes the independence of the audit department in the organizational structure as well as the effectiveness of follow-up to recommendations submitted by internal auditors as part of strengthening the internal control system.
In another event, Bank Jakarta also won the Indonesia Best CFO Awards 2026 which was given to the Director of Finance & Strategy of Bank Jakarta, Basaria Martha Juliana, as an appreciation for her strategic leadership in maintaining the company's financial health while encouraging sustainable business growth. The assessment process is carried out through evaluating financial performance based on audited reports, analysis of growth and profitability, effectiveness of cost structure and liquidity management, the role of the CFO in supporting financial transformation and digitalization, as well as independent research and in-depth study of material by a jury consisting of academics and industry practitioners.
Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, added that strengthening risk management and accountable financial leadership is an important part in maintaining public trust and supporting the company's overall transformation agenda.
