Easy Way to Download, Register and Link an Account with JakOne Mobile

As an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and to facilitate smooth services related to the KJP Plus-KJMU program and other facilities, please IMMEDIATELY download and register for the JakOne Mobile Bank DKI service for convenience of mobile banking, e-wallet, paying and purchasing daily necessities, checking accounts, storing proof of transactions and updating information.

Easy way to download the JakOne Mobile Bank DKI service

1. Open Google Play or App Store

2. Search/Type the JakOne Mobile application

3. Download and install

4. The JakOne Mobile application has been installed

Easy registration for Bank DKI's JakOne Mobile service

1. Open the JakOne Mobile application then select register

2. Select agree

3. For those who are not yet Bank DKI customers, select Don't Have

4. Complete the data fields then select continue

5. Select only JakOne Pay electronic money

6. Confirm JakOne Pay E-Wallet Opening

7. OTP code notification is sent to the message box

8. Enter the OTP code then send

9. Registration is complete. Login with the JakOne Mobile PIN

It's easy to link your Bank DKI Savings account with the JakOne Mobile Bank DKI service

1. Open the JakOne Mobile application then select register

2. Select agree

3. For those of you who already have a Bank DKI account, select Have

4. Enter your Bank DKI ATM card number and pin, then send

5. Complete the data fields then select continue

6. Take a selfie to complete the data, then press send

7. Confirm your data and make sure the cellphone number data is the same. If it is correct, press Yes

8. Registration is complete. Login to your JakOne Mobile to make transactions

Easy to connect Bank DKI's JakOne Mobile service (For those of you who have downloaded JakOne Mobile)

1. Login to the JakOne Mobile application

2. Press the Menu Button

3. Select the Account and Card menu

4. Enter your ATM Card Number and Pin

5. Make sure the cellphone number data is the same, then continue

6. Congratulations, JakOne has connected your account
