Governor Pramono Encourages Transformation of Bank DKI

Jakarta – The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, expressed his full support for Bank DKI's transformation steps as part of the steps to make Jakarta a top 50 global city. This belief was conveyed by Pramono in a meeting with officials from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in Jakarta (14/04), as part of Bank DKI's changes towards greater and more globally oriented management.

In his direction, Governor Pramono emphasized that Bank DKI needs serious attention and treatment. He underlined that in every period, various challenges always arise that must be faced. Therefore, there needs to be wide open space to carry out comprehensive improvements, one of which is rebranding. "Will Bank DKI become a Jakarta bank, or a global bank, and later we will really build it into the building of Bank Jakarta." Pramono said.

Furthermore, Pramono also expressed his hope that Bank DKI could be managed more professionally in order to support joint efforts in making Jakarta a Global City.

This direction was conveyed by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, following up on the system restoration process which is still ongoing today. Previously, DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung had also responded to Bank DKI's service via the JakOne Mobile application which had experienced problems. He ensures that Bank DKI customer funds are safe.

Meanwhile, in his clarification, Bank DKI has begun the process of gradually restoring services. The first stage to open is the Off-Us ATM service, which can be used again starting Monday, April 7 2025. Bank DKI ATM services have been fully restored and can be used again normally, including inter-bank transfers, and payment of various bills. Bank DKI continues to monitor system performance to ensure services run optimally and stably.

For the system restoration carried out, on behalf of all Management and Employees of Bank DKI, the Main Director of Bank DKI, Agus Haryoto Widodo, expressed his deepest apologies and also expressed his thanks for the understanding that had been given. He also ensures that data and all customer funds remain safe and do not experience any interference during the service restriction process.

"We also open a 24/7 communication channel through the call center and official social media to receive aspirations, complaints and questions from the public," said Agus while emphasizing Bank DKI's commitment to ensuring that every problem faced by customers, as a result of the implementation of this system recovery, will be resolved as well as possible by implementing the principles of Consumer Protection, Prudential Banking and Good Corporate Governance in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations.
