Successful Digital-Based HR Management Transformation, Bank DKI Again Wins the 2023 Indonesia Human Resources Awards

Jakarta - PHOTO - Bank DKI Director of Finance & Strategy, Romy Wijayanto (right) receives an award from Media Warta Ekonomi, which was given by Warta Ekonomi Business Director, Edy Nurmansyah (left) as The Best HR Management for The Outstanding Creation of Efficient HR Operating System, (Category: Regional Bank) at the Indonesia Human Resources Awards 2023 online on Thursday (30/03/2023). This award is given to companies that are considered consistent in increasing human resource capacity, including implementing digital innovation in aspects of human resource management.
Under the leadership of the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, since 2021 Bank DKI has implemented the Transformation Program 5.0 which is a comprehensive improvement program, starting from aspects of Human Capital, Digital Technology, sharpening business lines through Funding, Lending, and the formation of an Ecosystem, all of which are coupled with the implementation of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance).
Bank DKI pays important attention to human resource management by implementing various strategic initiatives including a digitalization approach. Starting from the online recruitment process, implementing HR data management through the Human Capital Information System (HCIS), managing employee absences in real time with the JakTeam application, to increasing employee capabilities and competencies through training with the latest and digital-based curriculum through the JakLearning application as well as various policy and organizational changes aimed at increasing employee competency, engagement and culture.
