Jakarta - FOTO Bank DKI's consistency in encouraging the transformation of digital products and services has again been appreciated by independent institutions. Most recently, Bank DKI won 4 (four) award categories as well as The Best IT Development & Innovation, The Best IT Governance & The Best Digital Workplace in the Local Banking Industries category. Even more special, the Director of Bank DKI also received an award in the individual category as The Best CEO for Corporate Digital Transformation of The Year 2023, specifically given to the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy and The Best Chief Information & Digital Officer of The Year 2023, specifically given to the Director of Technology & Operations, Amirul Wicaksono.

Under the leadership of the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, Bank DKI is increasingly adaptive in presenting digital banking solutions that are more personal, mobile and reliable, one of which is the JakOne Mobile application which now comes with a more attractive, user friendly appearance and increasingly complete features. Starting from paying various bills and shopping online, scanning transactions with QRIS, topping up electronic money balances, giving alms and donating, paying taxes and levies, to securing emergency funds through opening deposits and opening savings accounts online. One of the newest features is the Mobile Cash feature for cardless cash withdrawal transactions at Bank DKI ATMs and ATMs of other collaborating banks, such as Bank BCA, Bank BNI, Bank CIMB Niaga with the Prima logo.

Apart from that, it also includes the JakOne Abank application and the development of Digital Lending which is aimed at maximizing the implementation of financial inclusion for MSME players so that it can encourage accelerated economic growth. In terms of card-based non-cash transaction services, Bank DKI continues to expand the acceptance of JakCard which functions as an electronic money card in various modes of transportation in DKI Jakarta, entrance tickets to a number of museums, as well as transactions at various merchants collaborating with Bank DKI.
