Published: 18 November 2021

Supporting the digitalization of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta, Bank DKI has prepared various digital products such as e-Form Micro Loan, JakOne Abank, E-order, and scan to pay QRIS which can support the development of MSMEs from financing to ease of transactions. This was conveyed by the Director of Technology and Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, in the webinar "Bank Digital Transformation to Support Indonesian MSMEs" in Jakarta, Thursday (18/11).

On the financing facilities side, Bank DKI is digitalizing by providing financing facilities supported by digitizing services such as e-Form Micro Loan which is an online Bank DKI Micro Credit application service. "Through the Micro Loan e-Form, MSMEs who want to apply for financing can directly submit an application anywhere and anytime online," said Amirul.

From a transaction perspective, Bank DKI also provides convenience to MSMEs in DKI Jakarta by becoming a Bank DKI merchant. With QRIS-based non-cash transactions, EDC and MPOS for MSMEs in DKI Jakarta can use the QRIS network. The QRIS Scan To Pay service also makes it easy for MSME customers who now don't need to bother carrying cash when making transactions at MSMEs that have joined the QRIS network.

In collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Goods and Services Procurement Service Agency (BPPBJ), Bank DKI also supports the marketing of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta through the e-Order Market Place Platform which can be accessed by DKI Jakarta Regional Work Units and BUMDs. "Through a variety of digital services aimed at MSMEs, this is clear evidence of Bank DKI's support in bringing innovation to MSMEs in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings," said Amirul.

Bank DKI also invites MSMEs in DKI Jakarta to develop their businesses by becoming Bank DKI agents through the JakOne Abank application. The JakOne Abank service is Bank DKI's effort to support financial inclusion. By becoming a JakOne Abank agent, MSMEs can serve banking transactions for the public in real time and online using MPOS (Mobile Point of Sales) devices.

"The various efforts to digitize MSMEs carried out by Bank DKI are also Bank DKI's efforts to develop a digital ecosystem and encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions in DKI Jakarta," concluded Amirul.
