This award was given based on the results of a study by the Infobank Research Bureau entitled "Rating 110 Banks Infobank Version 2020". The assessment was carried out on the published financial performance reports of 110 commercial banks in 2018 and 2019 using 4 approaches, namely, the important financial ratios, growth, good corporate governance (GCG) and risk profile approaches. Based on the results of this study, Bank DKI is entitled to receive the 2020 Infobank Award certificate for achieving good financial performance.

Bank DKI, he continued, is also continuing to strive to increase DPK by encouraging the use of the JakOne Mobile application. With JakOne Mobile, opening deposits and savings can be done without having to visit a Bank DKI service office.
