The President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H. Widodo, through an official statement, expressed his gratitude for the award given as a form of appreciation for Bank DKI's efforts in building open communication with all stakeholders.

The Public Relations Indonesia Award (PRIA) 2025, which carries the theme PR Inspiration for Future Indonesia, is an annual competition held by PR Indonesia to appreciate superior public relations performance from various government and private agencies. In assessing the most popular Institution/Corporation, the Indonesian PR team and an independent institution (NoLimit Indonesia) carried out quantitative and qualitative media monitoring analysis based on the number of news sentiments (exposure) through mainstream print & online media in Indonesia, during 1 January – 31 December 2024. In 2025, the total entries will reach 581 from 209 institutions and corporations from all over Indonesia, to become the best in the 10 (ten) categories being competed, namely Owned Media, Digital Channels, Crisis Management, Annual Reports, Social Responsibility Communication Programs, PT Programs, PR Department, Lifetime Achievement, and Most Popular Corporations/Institutions in Online Media and Social Media.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, added that in facing the era of digitalization, banks are required to be adaptive in utilizing channels for conveying information to the public. "By managing communication channels that are adaptive and easily accessible to the public, Bank DKI strives to convey information disclosure in an accurate and measurable manner considering that Bank DKI, as a financial services institution, is also supervised by regulators such as the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia," said Arie.
Previously related to information disclosure, Bank DKI has received appreciation from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information Commission as a Public Agency Towards Information in 2024, based on the results of electronic monitoring and evaluation (e-monev) and assessments from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information Commission in 2024, which shows improvements in the commitment to implementing public information disclosure from previous years.
Asmono Wikan, founder and CEO of PR INDONESIA, in his speech opening the conference, emphasized that the role of communication, especially public relations, is increasingly becoming more strategic amidst growing global uncertainty. "PR is no longer just tasked with patching up organizational interests, but also building trust, maintaining reputation stability, and being a bridge between policy, technology and sustainable business interests," he said. He added that to face ever-growing challenges, PR must be a driving force that is adaptive, data-based and oriented towards cross-sector collaboration.
