Jakarta - Ahead of Eid, Bank DKI is ready to provide new money exchange services to meet the money needs and rupiah currency exchange services for the community by providing 15 Bank DKI branch offices and mobile cash services. This is also in line with Bank Indonesia's support for the Semarak Rupiah Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr Blessings (SERAMBI) 2024 program.

The 2024 Bank Indonesia Serambi Program was held to meet the increasing public need for Rupiah currency at the moment of welcoming the National Religious Holiday (HBKN) Idul Fitri 2024. For information, Bank Indonesia has prepared Money Eligible for Circulation (ULE) with a projection of IDR 197.6 trillion, through 449 mobile cash service points and 4,264 banking exchange service points, starting from March 15 to April 5 2024. Through an official statement on Thursday (21/03), the Director of Technology and Operations and Acting Main Director (Plt.) of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, said that the money exchange service provided by Bank DKI aims to provide convenience for customers in preparing for their cash needs during the 2024 Eid al-Fitr holiday period.

Starting from 01 sd. 05 April 2024 Bank DKI customers can get money exchange services at 15 Bank DKI Branch Offices, during service hours 08.00 – 15.00 WIB, including the City Hall Branch, Juanda Branch, Central Jakarta Mayor Branch, Pintu Besar Selatan Branch, Tanjung Priok Branch, North Jakarta Mayor Branch, Matraman Branch, Otista Branch, East Jakarta Mayor Branch, South Jakarta Mayor Branch, West Jakarta Mayor Branch, Permata Hijau Branch, Pondok Syariah Branch Indah, and the Wahid Hasyim Sharia Branch. All branch offices have been registered at the Bank Indonesia (BI) SERAMBI Exchange Counter in 2024.

Apart from exchange services at branch counters, Bank DKI will also open Mobile Cash services at the Gelora Bung Karno Badminton Hall (Istora) on 28 to SD. March 31 2024, 08.00 WIB – finished.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi also added that according to directions from Bank Indonesia, Bank DKI has prepared cash along with supporting infrastructure and services such as branch offices, ATM networks and mobile cash services.
