Bank DKI Wins 10 Infobank Digital Brand Awards 2024
Jakarta, April 04 2024Jakarta – In line with its commitment to innovation and development of digital banking products and services, Bank DKI won another award at the 13th Infobank-Isentia Digital Brand Recognition 2024 event which was held in Jakarta on Monday (01/04). Even more special, Bank DKI won 10 (ten) awards at once, including the awarding of Bank DKI as The Best Conventional Commercial Bank 2024 – KBMI 2.
There are 10 award categories received by Bank DKI, including the best categories of The Best Deposits for Conventional Commercial Banks 2024 – KBMI 2 (Rupiah Deposits), The Best KPR for Conventional Commercial Banks 2024 – KBMI 2 (Griya Monas), The Best Savings for Conventional Commercial Banks 2024 – KBMI 2 (Simpeda Monas), The Best Mobile Banking for Conventional Commercial Banks 2024 – KBMI 2 (Jakone Mobile), The Best E-Money Bank 2024 – KBMI 2 (Jakcard), The Best Sharia Business Unit – Conventional Commercial Bank 2024.
Apart from that, The 2nd Best Credit Card for Conventional Commercial Banks 2024 – KBMI 2, The 2nd Best Debit Card for Conventional Commercial Banks 2024 – KBMI 2, and The 3rd Best Overall Sharia Business Unit – Conventional Commercial Bank 2024.

For your information, this award was given by Infobank as an appreciation for companies that are massively accelerating their business models and strengthening synergies with the digital economic ecosystem in the current industrial revolution 5.0. The assessment is carried out through media monitoring, including determining categories, researching brands and keywords, selecting media channels, generating data from social media, determining sentiment, retrieving data, calculating indexes, and determining the top three results.
In line with this, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi revealed that Bank DKI will continue to adapt to face business challenges in the future.
