Synergy Between BUMD DKI, LRT Jakarta Takes Advantage of Bank DKI Services

Building synergy between BUMDs, Bank DKI is ready to provide banking services to BUMDs in DKI Jakarta, including synergy and business development agreements between Bank DKI and LRT Jakarta. This is as the signing of the agreement between the two BUMDs which was signed by the Director of MSE Credit & Sharia Business of Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi with the Main Director of LRT Jakarta, Wijanarko in Jakarta (14/2).
Furthermore, the Director of MSE Credit & Sharia Business at Bank DKI, Babay Parid, said that the synergy agreement includes the use of banking products and services such as the Cash Management System, and the use of electronic money as a payment system on the Jakarta LRT. Apart from that, the synergy agreement between the two DKI Jakarta BUMDs also includes fund placement, employee payroll as well as employee and corporate credit facilities.
With this synergy agreement, in the future LRT employees will also have access to various banking products and services from Bank DKI. Babay Parid also hopes that this synergy agreement can improve Bank DKI's constructive credit distribution performance. "We will continue to increase the marketing penetration of consumer credit, especially Multi-Purpose Credit, to the captive market, namely DKI Jakarta Provincial Government civil servants and BUMD employees. As of December 2019, Bank DKI has distributed Multi-Purpose Credit amounting to IDR 10.2 trillion.
As of December 2019 last year, Bank DKI had implemented JakCard and JakLingko as one of the payment systems on the Jakarta LRT which further strengthens Bank DKI's commitment to supporting the public transportation sector in Jakarta. As is known, Bank DKI's JakCard and JakLingko can also be used in two other Transportation BUMDs, namely Transjakarta and MRTJakarta.
"We hope that by continuing to build DKI BUMD Synergy, it can have a positive impact on the business development of each BUMD, including Bank DKI," said Babay Parid. He also mentioned that Bank DKI will continue to increase BUMD synergy. The form of synergy that Bank DKI has built with BUMD DKI Jakarta is the placement of funds in Bank DKI, distribution of credit to BUMD including giving to MSMEs assisted by BUMD DKI Jakarta, provision of Multipurpose Credit and KPR Griya Monas to BUMD employees.
LRT Jakarta management is optimistic that the synergy agreement with Bank DKI will be mutually beneficial by utilizing banking services that improve the performance and services of public transportation services for the community.
