Bank DKI and DMI DKI Jakarta Province Distribute Funds for Operational Assistance for Places of Worship (BOTI) in DKI Jakarta

Increasing awareness, Bank DKI and the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI) DKI Jakarta Province distributed funds for Operational Assistance for Places of Worship (BOTI) to 3,200 Mosques and 2,000 Prayer Rooms in DKI Jakarta Province in the form of distributing funds for Mosques/Musholas, Imam incentives and Mosque Marbot incentives through Bank DKI's banking facilities. The cooperation in distributing BOTI funds was signed by the Director of MSE Credit & Sharia Business of Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi and the Chairman of the Indonesian Mosque Council of DKI Jakarta Province, H. Ma'mun Al Ayyubi which was carried out in Jakarta on Tuesday, May 25 2021, witnessed by the Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria and the Head of the Mental and Spiritual Education Bureau of the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta, Muhammad Zen.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini, in his written statement stated, "the amount of funds for Operational Assistance for Places of Worship (BOTI), Imam and Marbot incentives in the 2021 Fiscal Year which will be distributed through Bank DKI is IDR 142.3 billion with the amount of assistance for mosques reaching IDR 2 million per month and prayer rooms IDR 1 million per month." He added, "the Place of Worship Operational Assistance (BOTI) funds will be channeled through the non-individual general Monas iB savings of Bank DKI Syariah."
"The distribution of this aid is also Bank DKI's support in encouraging DKI Jakarta Provincial Government programs as well as the implementation of Governor's Decree Number 420 of 2021 concerning recipients of Grants, Social Assistance and Financial Assistance in the form of money sourced from the 2021 Fiscal Year APBD."
Herry added, "It is hoped that this cooperation agreement will expedite the distribution of Places of Worship Operational Assistance Funds (BOTI) and incentives safely, on target, on time and in the right amount as determined by the Indonesian Mosque Council of DKI Jakarta Province."
Head of the DKI Jakarta Regional Secretary's Mental and Spiritual Education Bureau, Muhammad Zen, appreciated Bank DKI for providing access to banking services to the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI) DKI Jakarta Province. In the future, he hopes that Bank DKI can continue to work together to support DKI Jakarta Provincial Government programs. Muhammad Zen also added, "BOTI is a priority program of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to ensure transparency in providing this assistance by transfer. Therefore, the DKI Provincial Government is collaborating with Bank DKI to distribute funds."
Herry also invited mosques and prayer rooms receiving funds from Operational Assistance for Places of Worship (BOTI) to become JakOne Mobile merchants, to use the Bank DKI scan to pay payment system to encourage congregation from each mosque and prayer room, as a means of providing non-cash donations and alms. Bank DKI is committed to continuing to encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions in DKI Jakarta. As is known, people who want to do charity or donate can use the scan to pay method using the JakOne Mobile application. Simply open the JakOne Mobile application then select "Scan To Pay" and the user will automatically be directed to enter the desired amount for the donation account. Charity payment methods or donations via the QR scan method can be done on a QR code with the QRIS logo.
Currently Bank DKI has provided QR Codes for more than 2,000 mosques spread across various areas in Jakarta. Various digital banking products and services from Bank DKI are always available to facilitate transactions for people's daily needs, or meet the business development needs of the business world and support government sector work programs.
