Strengthening Business Marketing Strategy, Bank DKI Wins The Best Indonesia Sales Marketing 2023 Award
Jakarta, August 02 2023Jakarta - Bank DKI has achieved another proud achievement. Most recently, the Economic Review appreciated Bank DKI as the recipient of the Gold Award category "The Best Indonesia Sales Marketing, (Category: Regional Development Bank)". This award was received directly by the Director of Retail and Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, at the 6th Indonesia Sales & Marketing Award 2023 with the theme "Innovation Breakthrough Of Artificial Intelligence In The Digital Marketing Era", in Jakarta on Friday (28/07).
PT Bank DKI Retail and Sharia Director, Henky Oktavianus, when receiving the award, expressed his appreciation and thanks for the award given by the Economic Review as a form of appreciation for Bank DKI's positive performance, especially in managing the company's business strategy during a challenging economic period. "We hope that in the future this award will continue to be a motivation for Bank DKI to provide its best performance, especially in developing business strategies from sales and marketing aspects, both funding and lending, and always being able to meet the needs of the community, especially customers," said Henky.
In a written statement, the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, said that as the business strategy implemented also had an impact on Bank DKI's performance, it was recorded that up to June 2023, Bank DKI recorded credit and financing performance growth of 14.82% to IDR 50.11 trillion, from IDR 43.64 trillion in the same period in the previous year. The growth of Bank DKI's credit and financing distribution is better than national credit and financing growth based on Indonesian Banking Statistics (SPI) data published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), up to April 2023 which grew by 8.26%, and better than the average growth in BPD credit and financing which grew by 10.07%. This achievement also encouraged the growth of total assets to IDR 82.00 trillion in June 2023 or an increase of 12.08% compared to the previous year of IDR 73.17 trillion.
Fidri also revealed that in line with good performance growth and various business strategy implementations, up to the July 2023 period, Bank DKI had succeeded in winning 55 award categories from independent institutions in various fields, such as human resources (HR), leadership, corporate governance, risk management, as well as strengthening and improving digital products and services, including BUMD with Very Good Performance by Infobank, Top Bank 2023 in BPD - Capital >4 Trilion Category and Indonesia Top Banking CEO Awards 2023 by The Iconomics and Indonesia Most Prestigious Company 2023 with Outstanding in Accommodating Various Needs of Public Financial Transactions by Warta Ekonomi.
For information, the 2023 Indonesia Sales & Marketing Award is a form of appreciation for companies that are considered to have adjusted their business models amidst dynamics and intense competition through the latest Sales Management and Marketing Strategy approaches based on the Customer Centric Driven Concept. The award assessment mechanism is based on the company's Sales Marketing performance based on two main areas, namely the 2022 Annual Report and Website and Public Data.

In terms of card-based non-cash transaction services, Bank DKI continues to expand the acceptance of JakCard as an electronic money card for various DKI Jakarta transportation modes, entrance tickets to museums and tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and BUMD, to transactions at various merchants collaborating with DKI Bank.
Actively Build Collaboration to Accelerate Business
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, added that Bank DKI has carried out a series of collaborations with various entities, including synergy with BUMD DKI Jakarta Province, collaboration with BPDs from all over Indonesia (BPD-SI) as mandated lead arrangers in the distribution of a number of syndicated loans, collaboration with DPD Perbarindo DKI Jaya in utilizing Bank DKI digital banking services, especially for BPR/BPRS customers, Bank DKI collaboration with Himbara, Perbanas and Indomaret to present features in financial service applications JakOne Mobile to make cardless cash withdrawals through all BCA, BNI ATM networks and Indomaret outlets spread across Indonesia, in order to improve service to customers. Not to mention the collaboration with BC Card Asia Pacific to implement a retail payment system in the form of an acquiring service system. Until recently, Bank DKI collaborated with PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) which enabled the Bank DKI JakCard electronic money card to be used to pay for Jabodetabek Commuter Line tickets. Apart from that, now JakCard users can top up using a cellphone with an NFC feature via the JakOne Mobile application or via the Tokopedia application.
