Funds are safe, KJP Plus non-cash transactions via EDC Bank DKI remain smooth

Jakarta – Bank DKI ensures that non-cash transaction services for Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Plus beneficiaries continue to run normally, especially for transactions using Bank DKI's Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine. The President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H Widodo, emphasized that the funds and data of all customers receiving social assistance, including KJP Plus recipients, are safe and have not experienced any reduction. He also explained that KJP fund disbursement transactions are in the on us category or carried out in Bank DKI's internal banking system, so they are not affected by technical problems between banks.

"Well, social assistance isn't funds going out to another bank, the term is on us. So because it's with us too, it's possible, there's no interference. All kinds of KJP can be disbursed," said Agus.

Bank DKI also provides convenience for KJP Plus holders to make transactions directly at partner stores via EDC Bank DKI. This service allows purchasing daily necessities and education without the need to withdraw cash.

The following are details of the transaction mechanism for KJP Plus recipients:

In cash

* KJP recipients can make cash withdrawals of IDR 100,000 at Bank DKI ATMs.

Non-cash

* Via EDC Bank DKI: Recipients can check balances and carry out shopping transactions (for example food subsidies and school supplies).

* Via JakOne Mobile Bank DKI: Recipients can shop using QRIS and the purchase feature for educational needs.
