Bank DKI Wins 2024 Public Information Openness Award
Jakarta, December 20 2024Jakarta – As a form of appreciation for various efforts to improve the quality of publications and open information to the public in a positive way, Bank DKI succeeded in winning appreciation as a public body in the "Towards Informative" category in the Regional Owned Enterprise category at the 2024 Public Information Openness Awards held by the DKI Jakarta Information Commission in Jakarta (19/12). The appreciation given by the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information Commission Harry Ara Hutabarat and received directly by the Main Director of Bank DKI, Agus H. Widodo, is part of the implementation of the 2024 Public Agency E-Monev in Jakarta.
Bank DKI President Director, Agus H. Widodo expressed his appreciation and thanks for the award received by Bank DKI. This is in line with Bank DKI's steps to continue to provide information that is transparent and easily accessible to the entire community. "As a public body, Bank DKI is committed to continuing to provide the best information services for the community," said Agus.
A total of 226 public bodies in Jakarta won the Public Information Openness award in the 2024 E-Monitoring and Evaluation (E-Monev) Award held by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information Commission, by giving a number of predicates, namely Informative, Towards Informative, and Fairly Informative based on the results of the 2024 E-Monev assessment. In its statement, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information Commission said that the number of E-Moev participants in 2024 reached 519 public bodies, in line with various efforts to encourage the implementation of "Informative Zones" in each public body.
Furthermore, Agus said that this award would be a motivation for Bank DKI to continue to improve the quality of public information services in its commitment to implementing Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information. "Through this award, hopefully we can continue to strengthen public trust and support the creation of an entity that is more open, accountable and responsive," said Agus.
In line with this, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi said that Bank DKI always utilizes the latest various communication channels as an adaptive form of conveying information to the public. "Through the use of various communication channels such as websites, social media and PPID subportals, Bank DKI is committed to strengthening information disclosure to the public to fulfill the rights and needs of the community in fulfilling information," concluded Arie.
