Again! Successfully Leading Bank DKI to Achieve Positive Financial Performance, CEO of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy Wins Indonesia Most Acclaimed CEO Awards 2022

Jakarta – Bank DKI, specifically the CEO of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, received another award, the latest being the "Indonesia Most Acclaimed CEO 2022 with Outstanding Leadership in Providing Reliable Banking Service Category Regional Bank" award. This award was achieved for success in leading the company's transformation since 2021 and polishing positive financial performance amidst conditions that are still filled with uncertainty. The award, which was initiated by Warta Ekonomi media, was received directly by the Main Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, online in Jakarta, Friday (16/12).

Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy expressed his deepest appreciation for the award he received. "This award is certainly a valuable achievement for the efforts in leading the Transformation 5.0 program at Bank DKI and again confirms that Bank DKI's positive performance achievements are recognized by various leading independent institutions."

The Indonesia Most Acclaimed CEO 2022 award is a form of appreciation from the Warta Ekonomi research team for the performance of CEOs/President Directors/President Directors from various industry categories, such as; agribusiness, life and general insurance, energy, retail, and banking. The assessment was carried out based on desk research, media monitoring and expert panel methods in looking at the quality of leaders, such as company performance during 2021-2022, as well as content analysis by looking at various positive sentiments that appeared in the media, including social media, during 2021.

Apart from assessing company performance and company image, several strengthening indicators are also assessed in this Award, including Corporate strategy, Organizational Alignment, Team and Process, Personal Working Norms, External Stakeholders, and Board Engagement. Fidri Arnaldy, who has served as President Director of Bank DKI since 28 June 2021, has more than 32 years of experience in banking, both conventional and sharia, with the best performance achievements. For the experience and achievements achieved during his journey, Fidri Arnaldy as President Director of Bank DKI is often awarded various awards both organizationally and individually. Finally, the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, was named the Top 100 CEO 2022 according to Infobank magazine.

Bank DKI's brilliant performance under the leadership of President Director Fidri Arnaldy deserves thumbs up. Bank DKI was able to record various positive performance achievements and solid expansion, reflected in the record net profit of IDR 726 billion or growth of 28.83% year on year (YoY) in the third quarter of 2022. In addition, throughout 2022 Bank DKI has succeeded in winning various prestigious awards, a total of 33 (thirty three) awards have been achieved by Bank DKI, including being awarded 15th of the 20 Best Banks according to Forbes Indonesia magazine. Most recently, Bank DKI won the award as "TOP Digital Implementation 2022 #STARS 4" and the President Director of Bank DKI was named "TOP Leader On Digital Implementation 2022" in the 2022 TOP Digital Awards.
