(PHOTOS) Bank DKI again wins the 2023 Archives Management Award from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government

Jakarta – Bank DKI has again received an award as the DKI Jakarta Province Regional Owned Enterprise with Outstanding in Archives Management in 2023 in category A (Satisfactory). The award was handed over directly by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretary's Assistant for People's Welfare, Widyastuti at the Archives Orderly Awareness Movement (GSTA) event entitled 'Jakarta Archives: Framing Meaningful Stories, Weaving the Nation's Collective Memory, Towards Jakarta as a Global City' and Awarding the 2023 Archives Sector Appreciation for DKI Jakarta Province (26/10).

Bank DKI has taken a number of steps in managing archives, including converting physical documents into digital format, as well as preparing a special place for storing archival documents. Apart from that, Bank DKI also periodically conducts outreach to work units regarding archive management before sending them to the final archive storage location.

Bank DKI continues to be committed to carrying out operations in accordance with archival principles from upstream to downstream, as well as increasing efforts to transfer media for physical documents to facilitate access. Apart from that, Bank DKI also regularly conducts outreach to work units at Bank DKI, especially Branch Offices through the BERSINAR program, namely Clean, Beautiful, Comfortable, Safe and Neat as a form of increasing the importance of awareness of archives.
