Jakarta – Bank DKI has won another award for its efforts to encourage digital transformation as an adaptive form of responding to the challenges of banking digitalization. The award for the Best Regional Government Bank At Digital Innovation category was received by the Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono at the Property & Bank Awards 2023 and Indonesia My Home Awards 2023 which were organized by the editorial staff of Property & Bank Magazine in Jakarta (20/03). The award, which was handed over by the Governor of East Java, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, was given to companies from the housing and banking industries that were deemed to have brilliant performance and consistently build digital innovation.

One of the newest features is the Mobile Cash feature for cardless cash withdrawal transactions at Bank DKI ATMs and ATMs of other collaborating banks such as Bank BCA, Bank BNI, Bank CIMB Niaga with the Prima logo.
For information, until December 2022, the JakOne Mobile application has succeeded in reaching 2 million users, with a transaction volume of 22 million, and reaching a transaction nominal of up to IDR 22.4 trillion.
