Most recently, Bank DKI together with Perumda Pasar Jaya collaborated with PT Karya Wika Construction to establish cooperation regarding the distribution of credit facilities for the purchase of Business Premises Usage Rights (HPTU) at Pramuka Market, East Jakarta, which was marked by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement by the Director of Retail & Sharia of Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, the Director of Regional Property and Marketing at Perumda Pasar Jaya, Aristianto, and the Director of PT Karya Wika Construction, Muhammad Nur Agustian, in Jakarta on Friday. Through this collaboration, Bank DKI and Perumda Pasar Jaya provide easy credit facilities for selling place ownership for traders with a term of up to 5 years and a maximum ceiling of IDR 500 million. Apart from that, PT Karya Wika Construction, as the party responsible for the development of market infrastructure, is committed to supporting the smooth process of handing over quality and timely business premises to traders.
In his remarks, Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, said that Bank DKI welcomed the collaboration with Perumda Pasar Jaya and PT Karya Wika Construction, which was a manifestation of their joint commitment to supporting and strengthening the local business ecosystem. "Through this synergy, business actors get easy access to financing for trading places which can later play a role in increasing the scale of their business and play a role in contributing to the economy in the DKI Jakarta area," said Henky.
The President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H.
