Currently Bank DKI has 16 Integrated Service Samsat Outlets spread across the DKI Jakarta area, namely at the Pluit Village Samsat Outlet, Mangga Dua Morning Market Samsat Outlet, Artha Gading Mall Samsat Outlet, Grand Cakung Mall Samsat Outlet, Bekasi Samsat Outlet, AEON Mall Jakarta Garden City Samsat Outlet, Tamini Square Samsat Outlet, Depok Samsat Outlet, Blok M Square Samsat Outlet, Gandaria City Samsat Outlet, Cinere Samsat Outlet, Serpong BSD Samsat Outlet, Lippo Mall Puri Samsat Outlet, Taman Palem Mall Samsat Outlet, Cikokol Samsat Outlet, and PGC Cililitan Samsat Outlet. As of November 2021, there have been more than 430 thousand tax payment transactions via the Bank DKI e-Channel with nominal transactions reaching more than IDR 3.6 trillion.
