Encouraging Financial Inclusion Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Public Relations Award 2025

Jakarta – As an appreciation for its support in encouraging increased financial inclusion, Bank DKI won the Best Public Relations 2025 award in Promoting Financial Inclusion through Digital Public Relations and Accessible Solutions, Regional Bank category by Warta Ekonomi media. This award was received directly by Bank DKI's Corporate Communications Division, Fakhrurroji, at the 2025 Indonesia Public Relations Awards in Jakarta, on Friday (24/1). This award is a form of appreciation for the various financial inclusion efforts carried out by Bank DKI in various public relations activities in the digital era.

On the same day, Bank DKI also won three awards at the same time at the Indonesia Human Capital Brilliance Award (IHCBA) 2024, as The Most Brilliant Talent Acquisition of Year 2024, The Most Brilliant Company Agility of Year 2024, and The Most Brilliant Director in Human Capital Transformation which was specifically given to the President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H. Widodo, as the Director in charge of the Human Capital Unit at Bank DKI.

The President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H. Widodo, in his official statement expressed his gratitude for the two awards he received at the beginning of the year. "This award will further motivate Bank DKI to continue to improve the quality of service to all stakeholders and customers," said Agus. He further said that Bank DKI has a high concern about implementing financial inclusion and increasing access to banking services.

He also said that Bank DKI pays important attention to HR management, and considers this to be the key to creating a strong company competitiveness, as well as an effort to create a work environment that is inclusive and adaptive to change. Most recently, Bank DKI launched a new corporate work culture EPICC (Excellent, Professional, Integrity, Customer-Focused, Collaborative), as a cultural and behavioral guide for all Bank DKI employees.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, added that Bank DKI will continue to encourage increased financial inclusion through inclusive, adaptive and technology-based communication. "Bank DKI will also continue to improve the quality of communication by adapting the latest communication trends," concluded Arie.
