Strengthening Digital Financial Services, Bank DKI Collaborates with SPE Solution
Jakarta, August 30 2023Jakarta - Bank DKI collaborates with PT Solusi Electronic Payments (SPE Solution) as a strategic partner in an effort to provide access to digital financial services that are safe, comfortable and increasingly efficient. The collaboration between the two parties was marked by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement, in Jakarta on Tuesday (29/8), which includes the development of the Virtual Account (VA) system and the JakOne Merchant Application (QRIS).
Director of Technology & Operations and Acting President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, who also witnessed the signing, said that the collaboration in developing the Virtual Account (VA) System and JakOne Merchant Bank DKI by collaborating with SPE Solution is one of the efforts to strengthen digital financial services that provide convenience and increase the sense of security for customers in transactions. "In this collaboration, Bank DKI is strengthening its Virtual Account (VA) and JakOne Merchant services which are expected to help business actors, especially the more than 21,000 JakOne Merchant users, in managing fund receipt activities optimally, efficiently, quickly and precisely," said Amirul.
Bank DKI, through the Transformation 5.0 initiative which has been carried out since 2021, continues to carry out a number of digital service developments, including the JakOne Mobile application as a super app, with various digital service features that can accommodate various daily financial transaction needs such as payment of various bills, taxes, levies, online shopping, electronic money top ups and QRIS transactions. Furthermore, in supporting the development of MSME players, Bank DKI presents the JakOne Abank service which can provide added value for the business development of each agent. Apart from that, Bank DKI continues to develop digital lending applications with the aim of making the credit/financing application process easier.
Furthermore, currently Bank DKI has also carried out various initiatives to expand the acceptance of card-based digital transaction products—JakCard—to be able to reach various merchants who collaborate with Bank DKI, as well as becoming a ticket option on various transportation networks in the city of Jakarta, such as the JakLingko network, Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, and most recently, the KRL and LRT Jabodebek networks. The DKI Bank JakCard can also be used as an entry ticket at a number of tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, as well as payments on a number of toll roads such as Jagorawi, JORR, Bogor Outer Ring Road, inner city toll roads to the Bali-Mandara toll road.
