Make it easier for patients at Pasar Minggu Hospital, pay hospital bills now non-cash

In order to make it easier for patients to pay hospital bills, Bank DKI digitized it by accepting non-cash payments via JakOne Mobile and Bank DKI e-channel services at Pasar Minggu Regional Hospital on Thursday, August 11 2022. Present at the event, Plt. Director of Pasar Minggu Regional Hospital, Weningtyas Purnomorini, Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono and Head of the Control and Information Planning Division of the DKI Jakarta Health Service, Nuniek Ria Sundari.

Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, said, "implementing a digital payment system at RSUD, especially at RSUD Pasar Minggu, is indeed our concern in making it easier for patients to make transactions, of course with Bank DKI's various e-channel services such as JakOne Mobile, JakOne Pay, EDC and ATM that we provide. Apart from that, Bank DKI has also implemented digitalization of payment transactions with Quick Response Indonesian Standard or QRIS. Previously, Bank DKI has also digitized hospital bill payments at RSUD Koja, Cengkareng Regional Hospital, Pasar Minggu Regional Hospital and Adhyaksa General Hospital."

Through the JakOne Mobile application, Bank DKI provides digital banking solutions for its customer users to create a more personal, mobile and reliable transaction experience, from paying various bills to paying taxes and online shopping, Scan by QRIS transactions, top up electronic money, giving alms/donating to others to securing emergency funds by opening deposits anywhere and anytime.

Currently, Bank DKI has also presented the New JakOne Mobile with a more attractive and user friendly UI/UX to meet customer expectations, especially the millennial generation. Apart from that, New JakOne Mobile can also be used by new customers to open savings accounts online via their smartphone without having to go to a Bank DKI branch office. As is known, up to the July 2022 period, QRIS transactions via JakOne Mobile Bank DKI grew 29.42% (yoy) to 477,262 compared to the July 2021 period of 368,746. Apart from QRIS transactions, as of July 2022, the number of JakOne Mobile users has also reached 1.7 million users, with a nominal transaction amount reaching more than IDR 11 trillion, and a transaction volume reaching 12 million transactions.

Bank DKI has provided virtual account services through the Cash Management System which can be used to monitor and carry out financial transactions in real time and online and is connected to the hospital management information system. With Bank DKI's Cash Management System, it will make it easier for RSUD to obtain information on the position of funds from time to time and provide convenience in transactions via the banking system at any time online so that fund flow management can be done quickly and accurately. Lastly, Amirul hopes that Bank DKI's digital products & services which are applied to the entire business ecosystem in DKI Jakarta, including RSUD, can meet the expectations of the public who now want fast, safe and efficient banking service transactions.
