Consistent in developing digital banking products, Bank DKI again won the Digital Brand Awards from Infobank and Insentia Magazine. A total of 3 categories were won, including the BUKU III Commercial Bank category (Assets Rp. 50 trillion to Rp. 100 trillion), Bank DKI ATM Card, and Electronic Money. This award was handed over to the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in Jakarta (15/05).
Herry expressed his appreciation to all stakeholders, especially to customers who have used digital banking products and services. Not to forget, he also expressed his appreciation to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government for giving trust to Bank DKI as a work partner in various public service work programs. "The support of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and also our customers is our motivation to continue to provide optimal service to customers and residents of DKI Jakarta," said Herry.
According to Herry, a number of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government work programs have indeed been touched by Bank DKI's digital banking services. Not only does it act as regional financial cash manager through the Cash Management System, Bank DKI also supports the digitalization program of banking services in various social assistance programs such as the Jakarta Smart Plus Card, Jakarta Elderly Card, Jakarta Disabled Persons Card, Jakarta Worker Card and various other social assistance.
The Provincial Government's social assistance program has become more targeted, timely and has the right benefits from using Bank DKI ATM and Bank DKI JakCard products. All Social Assistance Cards have a combo function, namely they can be used as ATM and Debit as well as JakCard. The Social Assistance Card issued by Bank DKI is also integrated with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government system so that various other subsidy programs such as cheap food subsidies and transportation subsidies can be implemented on target.
JakCard can now be used as a means of payment for various means of transportation in Jakarta such as Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta and Railink (Soekarno-Hatta Airport train). In the near future, JakCard is planned to be used as a means of paying for toll roads. JakCard can also be used as a means of payment at various tourist attractions in DKI Jakarta such as Ragunan Wildlife Park, National Monument, Museum of Fine Arts & Ceramics and Ancol.
Herry also mentioned that Bank DKI is currently integrating it so that Jakarta Smart Card holders can connect to the JakOne Mobile service. With the integration of this service, it is hoped that it will provide greater convenience to Jakarta Smart Card holders. By using JakOne Mobile, Jakarta Smart Card holders can make easy mobile banking transactions, e-wallet, payments and purchases of daily necessities, check accounts, store proof of transactions and update Bank DKI banking service information.
All of Bank DKI's efforts are a manifestation of Bank DKI's commitment to encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions in DKI Jakarta. "We are present among the people of DKI Jakarta, continuing to provide easy non-cash transactions through various digital banking products and services such as Bank DKI ATM, Jakcard and JakOne Mobile Bank DKI," concluded Herry.
