Expanding Digitalization, Bank DKI Collaborates with Kebayoran Lama Regional Hospital

Jakarta – Bank DKI continues its commitment to expanding the application of digitalization in DKI Jakarta. Most recently, Bank DKI has made it easy to make non-cash hospital payments for patients by collaborating with the Kebayoran Lama Regional General Hospital (RSUD) as a collaboration partner. The cooperation signing ceremony was held in Jakarta on (26/09) attended by several DKI Bank officials and the Director of Kebayoran Lama Regional Hospital, Dr. Yenny Nariswaru Harumansyah. This collaboration also adds to the list of hospital partners that have been digitized by Bank DKI, including previously Koja Regional Hospital, Cengkareng Regional Hospital, Pasar Minggu Regional Hospital and Adhyaksa Regional Hospital.

Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI and Acting Principal Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, on a different occasion explained that this initiative is concrete evidence of Bank DKI's commitment to continue expanding digitalization services to provide added value for the people of DKI Jakarta as well as a form of effort to support the ongoing digital transformation in various sectors, including the health sector.

Furthermore, Amirul explained Bank DKI's support in digitalizing RSUD, namely Bank DKI's e-channel services, such as the JakOne Mobile super apps, EDC and ATM to make it easier to pay medical bills, as well as other transactions within the Kebayoran Lama Regional Hospital. "For hospital patients who have downloaded the JakOne Mobile application, they can easily scan the QRIS available at the payment counter," said Amirul.

As for the managers of the Kebayoran Lama Regional Hospital, Bank DKI provides virtual account services for patients for hospital billing needs where payments can be made via the JakOne Mobile super app, ATM, or Bank DKI EDC. Apart from that, a Cash Management System (CMS) service is also available which can be used to monitor and carry out financial transactions in real-time and online, so that fund flow management can be carried out quickly, efficiently and accurately.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi also believes that digitalization steps will make a positive contribution to improving the quality of health services and operational efficiency of the Kebayoran Lama Regional Hospital. This collaboration is one of Bank DKI's adaptive steps in an effort to expand the convenience of banking services and encourage the acceleration of financial inclusion through a reliable digital payment ecosystem.
