Bank DKI Establishes Synergy with BPJS Health, Improves the Quality of National Health Insurance Services

Improving the quality of National Health Insurance (JKN) services, Bank DKI collaborates with BPJS Health regarding the use of banking products and services. This was conveyed by the Commercial and Institutional Director of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini after signing a cooperation agreement regarding Synergy in the Utilization of Banking Products and Services for First Level Health Facilities to Improve the Quality of National Health Insurance Program Services in Jakarta, (04/10).
Herry said, "By signing this collaboration, Bank DKI is ready to support the implementation of the National Health Insurance program by utilizing a number of banking products and services owned by Bank DKI. In addition to the Auto Debit system facility, as well as providing ATMs at the BPJS Health Office to facilitate the payment of JKN participant contributions. This is in line with the mandate carried out by BPJS Health in providing the best service for the 243 million JKN Program participants. Bank DKI hopes that through this collaboration it can provide the best banking services for JKN Program participants."
In addition, Bank DKI has collaborated with a number of RSUDs, including RSUD Koja, RSUD Cengkareng, RSUD Pasar Minggu and RSU Adhyaksa in digitalizing bill payments at these hospitals. This support includes providing payment platforms such as EDC machines for paying hospital bills for patients. Apart from EDC, Bank DKI is also implementing digitalization of payment transactions with Quick Response Indonesian Standard or QRIS. Hospital patients who have downloaded JakOne Mobile can immediately scan the QRIS available at the payment counter. The implementation of non-cash transactions via EDC and QRIS is expected to provide convenience and comfort for patients
The public can also use the JakOne Mobile application for easy banking transactions, which currently has the latest version with the addition of a number of features, as well as a friendly appearance, making transactions easier for users, especially JKN participants. Apart from that, JakOne Mobile can also be used to carry out transactions for daily needs at merchants who collaborate with Bank DKI. Bill payments ranging from electricity bills, telephone bills, drinking water, or other bills, such as cable TV, internet, education, to BPJS Health can now be done via JakOne Mobile.
As is known, through the latest version of the JakOne Mobile Super Apps, Bank DKI has presented a digital banking solution for customers who are expected to experience a more personal, mobile and reliable transaction experience starting from opening an online savings account anywhere and anytime, paying various bills and shopping online, QRIS transactions, top up electronic money, paying retribution bills and ordering transportation tickets online, giving alms/donating to others to securing emergency funds through opening deposits and savings online.
A number of innovations that have been developed have resulted in Bank DKI receiving a number of awards in 2022, including the title of 15 Best Banks according to Forbes Indonesia Magazine and being the only BPD in this award, the 27th Infobank Awards in the Special Performance Bank category in the category of Core Capital Bank Group (KBMI) 2 with assets of Rp. Good” category KBMI 2 (Assets IDR 50 Trillion to Under IDR 100 Trillion) to the 2022 TOP GRC Awards as well as other awards in the fields of human resources, technology, digital banking, SME Financing, corporate image, and awards in the Sharia banking sector.
