Eid Holidays, Financial Transactions in Ragunan Run Smoothly

Jakarta – Entering the Eid holiday season, Bank DKI's JakCard has been used at a number of favorite tourist attractions in Jakarta, one of which is Ragunan. Bank DKI management, in a written statement in Jakarta (03/04) said that the use of JakCard during the Eid holiday had run well and smoothly operationally.

Bank DKI management also stated that the increase in the number of transactions at tourist attractions was in line with the increase in people's holiday activities, as well as showing that the public's interest in using non-cash transactions at tourist attractions was quite high.

Bank DKI further estimates that the number of JakCard transactions will continue to increase in line with the increase in visits from the public and tourists who will spend time until the end of the next holiday period. With JakCard, visitors can enjoy a more practical and efficient travel experience without having to spend cash or queue long at the ticket counter.

"Using JakCard is more practical, you don't need to queue for a long time to buy tickets. Just tap, go straight in. It's faster and more comfortable for those with small children like me," said Rina, a resident of Pasar Minggu in an interview at Ragunan Wildlife Park.

"I'm from Bandung, and it turns out that entering Ragunan using JakCard is really easy. You can buy directly near the entrance, then just tap. It's neater and more modern," said Dewi, a tourist from Bandung.

For information, Bank DKI's JakCard can be used to pay for entrance tickets to tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, including Monas, Ragunan Wildlife Park, Ancol and museums managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. JakCard can also be used for integrated transportation payment needs in Jakarta, starting from JakLingko, Transjakarta, Commuter Line, MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, and LRT Jabodebek.

Bank DKI's JakCard top-up service can now be done via the Tokopedia application and Bank DKI's JakOne Mobile application with devices supported by the NFC feature, as well as Bank DKI Branch Offices.

By using JakCard in the tourism sector, Bank DKI is supporting the government's program to encourage non-cash transactions (cashless society), and providing a more efficient solution for Jakarta residents to enjoy their free time with their families. JakCard as a means of payment, and a form of Bank DKI's commitment to providing payment transaction solutions that support people's modern lifestyles, which are fast, safe and efficient.

Bank DKI Remains Open Office During Eid Holidays

As a form of Bank DKI's service to the community's needs in carrying out banking transactions, Bank DKI implements limited service operations during public holidays and national holidays in accordance with government regulations, Bank DKI Bank DKI opened a number of its offices on March 31 2025, April 1-5 2025, and April 7 2025 at predetermined Branch Office locations along with operational hours to provide comfort and smoothness for customers in carrying out banking transactions. The limited services that can be provided include opening an account, withdrawing/depositing cash, transferring between Bank DKI accounts, and handling customer complaints.

Bank DKI has also prepared an ATM service that will continue to operate during the national holiday period and Idul Fitri holidays. Bank DKI's ATM network remains operational and can be used for various transactions, including cash withdrawals. For information, Bank DKI has a total of 750 ATM units operating and spread across various points in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings, including at sub-district and sub-district offices, shopping centers, stations, terminals and other public locations. Apart from that, along with the expansion of its office service network in several other large city areas, Bank DKI also has an ATM network in several large cities outside Jakarta, including Bandung, Semarang Solo, Gresik, Sidoarjo, and Lampung.
