Bank DKI Collaborates with BP Tapera, Establishes Cooperation in Distribution of Housing Financing for Low-Income Communities

Jakarta – Bank DKI together with the Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) have established cooperation regarding the distribution of funds for housing financing liquidity facilities through Prosperous Home Ownership Credit (KPR Sejahtera) for low-income people (MBR), which was marked by a signing by the Director of Retail & Sharia of Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus together with the Deputy Commissioner for Utilization of BP Tapera Funds, Sid Herdi Kusuma on Monday (23/12) in Jakarta.

In his remarks, Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, said that this collaboration is a form of Bank DKI's commitment to supporting the fulfillment of decent housing needs for the Indonesian people. "Bank DKI continues to be committed to supporting the government's program in providing housing for MBR. Through this collaboration, we will ensure that the distribution of housing financing is carried out on target and efficiently," said Henky.

Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner for Tapera Fund Utilization at BP Tapera, Sid Herdi Kusuma, added, "This collaboration is an important step to ensure that low-income people can access housing finance that is affordable and according to their needs. With the support of Bank DKI as a strategic partner, we are confident that this program will run optimally," said Sid.

This collaboration includes financing for landed houses and flats which are equipped with various conveniences, including down payment subsidies and affordable interest rates. In addition, through information system integration, the verification and reporting process will be carried out in real-time, providing efficiency in program implementation. People who meet the MBR criteria can apply for a Prosperous KPR through Bank DKI, with the applicable terms and conditions.

Likewise, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, in his official statement added, "Through this synergy, we ensure that the entire process from distribution to reporting is carried out in a transparent, accountable manner and based on the latest technology. We hope that this program will not only help people have decent housing, but will also have a positive impact on sustainable housing development in Indonesia," concluded Arie.
