Together with the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Bank DKI Supports the Launch of Independent Waste Management

Jakarta - Bank DKI supports the launch of an independent waste management implementation program for industry and companies which was launched on Thursday, 23 June 2022 at ITC Cempaka Mas, Central Jakarta. Present at the event was the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan together with the Director of Technology & Operations of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono. The launch of waste management was also held as a series of events for the 495th Jakarta Celebration. This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in his written statement in Jakarta, (23/6).
This waste management implementation program in areas and companies is a follow-up and actualization of Governor Regulation Number 102 of 2021 concerning Waste Management in Areas and Companies. The presence of this Governor's Regulation encourages more planned and classified industrial waste management based on waste sources. Anies hopes that there will be collaboration from every stakeholder in waste management so that the implementation of waste management in the region and company can be successful.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini said, "In line with this, this is certainly in line with Bank DKI's JakOne Artri product in creating sustainable waste management.
