Cash Free Day 2022, Bank DKI Encourages the Implementation of Non-Cash Transactions

Jakarta – As an effort to continue to support the implementation of non-cash transactions in DKI Jakarta, Bank DKI is holding a Digital Ecosystem Event entitled "Cash Free Day 2022". The event, which was opened by the Director of Technology and Operations of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, took place at Thamrin 10 Food & Creative Park (09/09) and will last until 11 September 2022. Amirul invited the people of DKI Jakarta, especially those attending the event, to experience firsthand the experience of non-cash transactions using JakOne Mobile & JakOne Pay.
Amirul invited the public to make transactions using the JakOne Mobile super app, the latest version of which is now available, as Bank DKI's effort to provide digital banking solutions for customers. With the latest version of JakOne Mobile, Bank DKI customers are expected to experience a more personal, mobile and reliable transaction experience starting from opening an online savings account anywhere and anytime, paying various bills and shopping online, QRIS transactions, top up electronic money, to giving alms/donations to others to securing emergency funds through opening deposits.
Equipped with JakOne Pay electronic money, customers using JakOne Mobile mobile banking can easily make payments via QRIS with a choice of source of funds, a savings account, or electronic money during the event. Apart from that, visitors can also use the JakOne Pay application as an option for transactions, with an attractive and lighter appearance. People who want to use JakOne Pay also don't need to be Bank DKI customers, just download the application on the Google Play Store for Android-based smartphones and the App Store for IOS-based smartphones. As of June 2022, the number of JakOne Mobile application users has reached 1.7 million users with total transactions reaching 10.8 million transactions, with a transaction value of IDR 9.1 trillion
Furthermore, Amirul said that through JakOne Mobile & JakOne Pay, it is hoped that Bank DKI can encourage the realization of financial inclusion, as well as further expand the use of non-cash transactions in DKI Jakarta. "The development of the JakOne Mobile application is a manifestation of Transformation 5.0 in the digital aspect and increases Bank DKI's capability and capacity in facing customer expectations and increasingly fierce competition in digitalization of services," concluded Amirul.
