Bank DKI Collaborates with Jakarta Tourism Forum to Distribute West Sulawesi Earthquake Donations

As a bank owned by the DKI Provincial Government which has a development mission and cares about humanitarian issues, Bank DKI collaborates with the Jakarta Tourism Forum to distribute Corporate Social Responsibility humanitarian donations worth IDR 100 million to handle the natural disaster of the earthquake that occurred in Majene and Mamuju, West Sulawesi. This assistance was distributed symbolically by the Director of MSE Credit and Sharia Business of Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi to the general treasurer of the Jakarta Tourism Forum, Emi Silvia Basyah in Jakarta (22/01)
This assistance is a form of Bank DKI's concern for the disasters that occurred in Majene and Mamuju, West Sulawesi through the Jakarta Tourism Forum organization." This distribution will later be managed and distributed by JTF in the form of logistical assistance needed for victims and refugees such as ready-to-eat food, basic necessities, blankets, medicines, blankets, milk & baby food, as well as other needs.
As is known, on Friday, January 15 2021, at 01.28 WIB, a 6.2 Richter scale earthquake occurred in Majene and Mamuju Regencies, West Sulawesi. As a result of this natural disaster, there were casualties and a number of residents had to flee due to losing their homes.

The general treasurer of the Jakarta Tourism Forum, Emi Silvia Basyah, on the same occasion expressed her appreciation to Bank DKI for the distribution of donations through JTF. "We hope that this distribution will be useful for victims affected by disasters and speed up post-disaster recovery, and we hope that Bank DKI will be more successful, advanced and blessed," said Emi Silvia Basyah.
