Bank DKI Enlivens New Year's Eve 2025 with a Rocking Jakarta Stage

JAKARTA – In order to enliven the 2025 New Year's Eve, Bank DKI is also presenting an entertainment stage entitled "Bank DKI Jakarta Bergoyang Stage which is located at the Southwest Monas Gate, in front of the Arjuna Wijaya Horse Statue, at the 'Semarak Jakarta Mendunia' event, Tuesday (31/12/2024). The Bank DKI Jakarta Bergoyang Stage is one of a total of 12 entertainment stages along Jl. Thamrin - Sudirman prepared by the Jakarta Provincial Government to provide entertainment to the people of Jakarta.

The President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H. Widodo, in his statement said that Bank DKI's participation in the "Semarak Jakarta Mendunia" activity aims to continue to get closer to Jakarta residents, introduce Bank DKI digital banking products and services, and encourage non-cash transactions through the JakOne Mobile application. "Taking advantage of the festive momentum of New Year 2025, Bank DKI strives to continue to expand the use of digital banking products and services that provide solutions for the people of Jakarta," said Agus.

The Bank DKI Jakarta Bergoyang stage is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, December 31 2024 from 18.30 to 00.30 WIB. A number of well-known artists such as Machicha Mochtar, Angel Vie, Cici Marissa, Wulan Alora KDI, Susi Ngapak, and Start Koplo will enliven New Year's Eve 2025 on that stage. Bank DKI also presents a booth that will serve and provide information about Bank DKI products and services to the public. In this area, visitors can also participate in various exciting quizzes, and have the opportunity to win various interesting door prizes.

Apart from the entertainment stage, in the series of New Year 2025 celebrations, the Jakarta Provincial Government also held various interesting activities such as the Jakpreneur MSME Bazaar which was held along Jl Thamrin-Sudirman, Jl Imam Bonjol, Jl Sunda and several other locations. Apart from that, Bank DKI also supports the "Sorak Sorai Festival" activities which will take place on 30 and 31 December 2024 at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) which will feature performances by a number of well-known artists, including Endah & Rhesa, Kunto Aji, GAC, Tiara Andini, Jenis-X, and Project Pop.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi invited all residents of Jakarta and surrounding areas to enliven the event by visiting the Bank DKI Jakarta Bergoyang Stage. "By being present at the Celebration of Vibrant Jakarta Globally, Bank DKI hopes to be closer to the residents to encourage the use of non-cash transactions while welcoming the City of Jakarta towards becoming a global city and celebrating the 5th century of the City of Jakarta," concluded Arie.

Traffic Engineering and Public Transportation Advisory To ensure the smooth running of the event, the Jakarta Transportation Agency carries out traffic engineering around the location of the Semarak Jakarta Mendunia activity and prepares parking lots and public transportation services to get to the event location. Head of the Jakarta Transportation Service, Syafrin Liputo, appealed to the public to use public transportation such as Transjakarta buses, LRT, MRT or Commuter Line to reduce congestion. "We provide alternative routes and parking locations around the activity area. With active community participation, this event can take place smoothly," said Syafrin. The parking locations provided include areas such as Gambir Station, Telkom STO Gambir Building, and the Dana Mutual Tower Area, with a total capacity of thousands of vehicles.
