Bank DKI Invites the Public to Wait for Bareskrim's Digital Forensic Results Regarding System Recovery Progress

Jakarta – Bank DKI invites the public to respect the legal process and wait for the digital forensic examination currently underway at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit regarding system recovery. This was conveyed in Bank DKI's official statement in response to reports circulating in a number of mass media.

"Bank DKI respects the ongoing legal process and invites the public to work together to wait for the results of digital forensics from Bareskrim Polri Headquarters," wrote Bank DKI management in its official statement, Friday (18/4/2025).

"The digital forensics process is still being carried out by Law Enforcement Officials (APH) to identify the root of the problem and the impacts," continued Bank DKI management in its statement.

Bank DKI management reiterated that all customer funds remain safe and have not experienced any reduction. During the disruption period, transactions between Bank DKI accounts via the JakOne Mobile application continued to run normally. The interbank transfer transaction service via ATM machines has resumed operating normally since April 8 2025.

Bank DKI management said that they are currently strengthening the risk mitigation system on an ongoing basis, including the JakOne Mobile application and other systems. The strengthening process is carried out through stages of assessment and approval from Bank Indonesia as the regulator.

Bank DKI expressed its appreciation for customers' trust and patience during the recovery process, as well as ensuring its commitment to continuing to improve the quality of service and security of the banking system.
