Go Digital! Bank DKI Wins the 2023 Indonesia Digital Innovation Awards

Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono (right) received an award from Media Warta Ekonomi, which was given by CEO & Chief Editor of Warta Ekonomi Group, Muhamad Ihsan as The Most Innovative Regional Bank for The Provision of Community Apps-Based Digital Ecosystem, Regional Bank Category, at the online Indonesia Digital Innovation Awards on Thursday (30/03/2023).

This award is given to companies assessed that have succeeded in producing digital innovation in various services and products they have, strengthening digitalization within the company, and providing a positive impact on society through their digital services and products.

Under the leadership of the President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, in line with the implementation of the Company's 5.0 Transformation Program since 2021, Bank DKI continues to provide digital innovation through synergy and collaboration to create a digital ecosystem and encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions.

The latest, in the form of simple apps, namely JakOne Pay and super apps New JakOne Mobile. The newest JakOne Mobile comes with a more attractive and user friendly appearance and more complete features, including the feature of opening savings and deposit accounts online without having to visit a branch office, paying for transactions using QRIS, paying various bills and shopping online, paying taxes and levies, top up electronic money, giving alms/donations, and the Mobile Cash feature. Cash withdrawals at ATMs without a card can be done at Bank DKI ATMs and other collaborating banks, such as Bank BNI ATMs and CIMB Niaga ATMs with the prima logo. Apart from that, it also includes the JakOne Abank application and the development of Digital Lending which is expected to maximize the implementation of financial inclusion for MSME players so that it can encourage accelerated economic growth, especially in DKI Jakarta.
