Main Corporate Bodies
To support the consistent implementation of corporate governance at every organizational level and across all business activities, Bank Jakarta maintains a comprehensive governance structure and infrastructure. The governance structure includes the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Committees, and Work Units. Meanwhile, the governance infrastructure includes bank policies and procedures, management information systems, as well as the roles and responsibilities of each organizational structure.
The Role of Key Corporate Bodies
Governance Committees and Supporting Units. The Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors are supported by various committees that strengthen oversight and management functions. Committees under the Board of Commissioners include the Audit Committee, Risk Monitoring Committee, and Remuneration & Nomination Committee. The Board of Directors is supported by the Credit Committee, Credit & Financing Policy Committee, Information Technology Steering Committee, Asset & Liability Management Committee, Human Capital Committee, Risk Management Committee, Product Committee, as well as the Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Corporate Secretary work units.
