From transportation fares on Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, and Jabodebek LRT to parking payments, JakCard is always a convenient companion for your daily journeys.
JakCard holders can top up their balance at selected Bank Jakarta service offices, participating merchants partnered with Bank Jakarta, and through contactless (NFC) top-up via the JakOne Mobile application.

  • If the card is lost or given to someone else, it can still be used by another person for transactions because it doesn’t require a PIN.
  • There’s no minimum balance for JakCard, but the maximum balance is Rp 2,000,000 (according to Bank Indonesia regulations). This means it can only be used for transactions up to Rp 2,000,000.
  • Physical damage to the card from improper use can result in loss of balance and failed transactions.
