Items You Can Store in a SDB
- Perishable solid or liquid materials, explosives, chemicals and/or drugs (narcotics), and items that may damage the SDB.
- The SDB cannot be used to store prohibited items or hazardous materials that may endanger humans, the environment, or Bank facilities.
Fees Based on SDB Size
- Annual Rental Fee + 11% VAT:

*Rental and key deposit fees are subject to change in accordance with Bank Jakarta's policy.
Terms, Conditions, and Procedures
The rental period is valid for 1 year and is renewable according to Bank Jakarta's policies.
Must maintain an active Savings or Current Account at Bank Jakarta.
Provide valid personal identification and required supporting documents.
Submit legal documentation for business entity accounts.
Complete the SDB rental application form.
Access to the SDB is restricted to Bank Jakarta's operational hours.
The renter or authorized representative must adhere to all SDB access procedures.
Sign all required agreements and documentation.
Option to appoint an authorized representative in accordance with Bank Jakarta's policies.

Product Risks
- Bank Jakarta Safe Deposit Box facilities are available at the following Branch Offices: KC Balaikota, KC Kebayoran Baru, KCP Cempaka Mas, and KCP Bogor.
- Bank Jakarta Safe Deposit Boxes are equipped with secure vault rooms, constructed from fire-resistant steel and protected against unauthorized access or forced entry.
- Bank Jakarta Safe Deposit Boxes can be used to safeguard confidential valuables and important documents while reducing the risk of loss or damage.
- Renters may only access the Safe Deposit Box during Bank Jakarta's operating hours.
- Additional fees apply in the event of a lost key or if forced opening of the Safe Deposit Box is required.
- Penalties will be charged for late rental fee payments.
- If the renter cannot be contacted and rental payments remain overdue for more than six months, Bank Jakarta reserves the right to open the Safe Deposit Box in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Cancellation of the rental before its expiry date does not eliminate obligations for fees that have already been paid.
- Bank Jakarta is not responsible for any loss or damage to the contents of the Safe Deposit Box in accordance with the applicable rental agreement.
- Bank Jakarta's operating hours are from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM WIB on business days.
- Bank Jakarta will provide notification of any changes to benefits, fees, risks, terms, and conditions in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Further information can be obtained through Bank Jakarta's official website or the nearest branch office.
- Bank Jakarta reserves the right to reject applications if the required criteria are not fulfilled.
