Ijarah Muntahiyya Bit Tamlik (IMBT) is a sharia financing contract in the form of a lease (ijarah) that ends with the transfer of asset ownership to the customer after the lease period ends and all obligations under the contract have been fulfilled. Bank Jakarta Syariah first provides or purchases the asset needed by the customer, then leases it to the customer for a certain period of time.
