In carrying out its business activities and supporting the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, Bank Jakarta collaborates with various supporting institutions and professions that possess the necessary competence, independence, and licenses in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The involvement of these supporting institutions and professions is part of Bank Jakarta's efforts to ensure that all business activities, financial reporting, legal aspects, asset management, and various corporate activities are carried out professionally, transparently, accountably, and in accordance with the principles of prudence.
In addition to supporting compliance with applicable regulations, the presence of supporting institutions and professions also plays a role in improving the quality of decision-making, strengthening internal controls, mitigating legal and compliance risks, and maintaining the trust of shareholders, regulators, customers, and other stakeholders.
Public Accounting Firm and Public Accountant for Fiscal Year 2025
The Public Accounting Firm (PAF) is appointed by Bank Jakarta to audit the annual financial statements of Bank Jakarta. The audit is conducted independently based on the Professional Standards of Public Accountants applicable in Indonesia to provide reasonable assurance that the financial statements have been presented fairly in all material respects in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards.

Capital Market Supporting Institutions
As of December 31, 2025, Bank Jakarta has not yet been listed as a public company and its shares have not been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Therefore, Bank Jakarta has not yet utilized the services of certain capital market supporting institutions such as a Securities Administration Bureau or credit rating agency in the capacity of an issuer.
Nevertheless, in line with Bank Jakarta's business development plans and capital structure strengthening, Bank Jakarta continues to prepare various aspects of governance, reporting, compliance, and transparency required to meet the standards of a public company and best governance practices in the banking industry.

Bank Jakarta ensures that all supporting institutions and professions engaged during 2025 operate independently, professionally, objectively, and in compliance with professional codes of ethics and applicable laws and regulations.
