Bank Jakarta’s commitment to implementing business ethics is an integral part of every business activity in realizing good corporate governance. This effort is carried out to maintain the trust of all stakeholders, particularly shareholders and customers. Bank Jakarta believes that sustainable business success can only be achieved through honest, integrity-driven, competent behavior that delivers accountable added value.

Bank Jakarta has established a Code of Ethics or Code of Conduct (COC) as an ethical guideline that serves as a fundamental principle and reference for all Bank Jakarta personnel in carrying out operational activities. Dissemination and internalization efforts are continuously conducted to strengthen corporate culture and foster a professional work environment characterized by integrity, compliance, accountability, responsibility, and fairness.
