Implementation of AML, CTF, and PFPPM Programs
As part of its commitment to actively support the prevention and eradication of money laundering and terrorism financing crimes, Bank Jakarta has implemented Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Prevention of Proliferation Financing of Weapons of Mass Destruction (PFPPM) programs across all business units in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Statement on the Implementation of AML, CTF, and PFPPM Programs at Bank Jakarta
The implementation of the AML, CTF, and PFPPM programs is carried out by the dedicated AML/CTF Unit (UKK APU PPT), which is structurally under the Compliance Division (SKK) of Bank Jakarta’s Head Office and reports directly to the Director overseeing the compliance function.
