Whistleblowing System

Submission of Reports

The Whistleblowing System (WBS) is part of the internal control system to prevent misconduct and fraud, as well as to strengthen the implementation of good governance practices. The WBS guarantees confidentiality to all parties who submit reports (whistleblowers) regarding alleged violations.

Whistleblowing System Mechanism

The WBS mechanism is as follows:

Receiving all incoming reports of alleged violations to be registered,
Conducting an initial screening to distinguish reports with fraud indications from those without,
Reviewing the submitted reports,
Submitting the review results to the authorized official for a decision on whether to follow up or not,
Communicating the decision on alleged violation reports to the relevant work units,
Updating information on the handling and resolution of reports submitted through the WBS,
Documenting every report of alleged violations.
